Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is Hiring a National Business Director Near Bridgewater, NJ

Description

You provide the vision, set the pace and inspire success.

In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and day-to-day oversight of any deployment solutions operational services for assigned customer(s). As National Business Director, Innovative Operations Solutions, you will contribute to new endeavors which enhance the adaptability of services by customers, such as designing tools, deliverables, and presentations. You will:

  • Partner with the Client Services Manager as the primary customer contact for Deployment Solutions services from implementation to project shut down
  • Oversee delivery of all contracted services and ad hoc
  • Consult with customers and operational subject matter experts (SMEs), internal and external, to understand promotional channel/product performance expectations and translate to actionable metrics
  • Act as Deployment Solutions operational lead in customer presentations and business development pitches, as needed

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years’ experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
  • 5 years’ experience in customer management
  • Pharmaceutical and life sciences industry and services knowledge

Desired Requirements:

  • Commercial operations leadership experience
  • Field management or equivalent experience
