The typical base pay range for this position is USD $94,000- $148,500 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity and other benefits. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or benefits.

Responsibilities

• WLAN PHY baseband algorithm development
• Work closely with design team in optimizing the performance of WLAN chip
• WLAN PHY & RF Performance tuning and optimization, chip bringup, new feature development and enhancement
• Experience with system test, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of wireless product.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless technologies such as WLAN (802.11n/ac/ax, etc.), 3G (UMTS, CDMA2000/EvDO), GSM/GPRS, cellular/WiFi based positioning Technologies
• Experience in BT/GPS systems is desirable
• Ability to conduct investigative research with minimum supervision
• Ability and interest to learn new technologies quickly
• Be independent and self-motivated
• The candidate shall have good communication skill in English
