Senior Integration Developer

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Integration Developer to join our Global Client Care and Integrations Team. As a Sr. Integration Developer, you will be responsible for supporting our portfolio of valuable clients and account teams through configuration and updating of integrations into our Symphony Talent systems. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, effective communicator with real problem-solving savvy, who knows how to support the complexity of our clients’ needs – and the complexity of our business. In addition, you will mentor other members of the team in technical and functional areas.

You have strong interpersonal skills, happy to engage in cross-functional team work between clients, technical support and engineering. You are organized, have great attention to detail and naturally want to help clients. You have a strong desire to investigate issues until you find the solution.

You will be responsible for maintaining and providing support for application issues and requests as well as resolving operational and user-issues for Symphony Talent clients. 

Key Deliverables:

• Create, update and support the Symphony Talent system integration process for clients integrating with various ATS.
• Create, update and support Job Distribution feeds to Job Board vendors.
• Recommend tools and capabilities based on research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources.
• Participate in discussions with clients and colleagues, including resolution paths, best practices, knowledge transfer, projects strategy, architecture design, and next steps.
• Develop, test and deploy integrations between Symphony Talent applications and other various environments.
• Continuously look for opportunities to optimize processes and solutions.

As a member of our Jobs and Integrations team, you will also:

• Ensure high level of client satisfaction with the integration process.
• Assist clients with end to end testing of client integrations.
• Work with clients, account leads, and technical teams to resolve day-to-day client issues.
• Properly prioritize the client implementations, updates and support cases that you are assigned.
• Monitor integrations to ensure that they are working as expected.

As a member of our Jobs and Integrations team, you will also:

• Ensure high level of client satisfaction with the integration process.
• Assist clients with end to end testing of client integrations.
• Work with clients, account leads, and technical teams to resolve day-to-day client issues.
• Properly prioritize the client implementations, updates and support cases that you are assigned.
• Monitor integrations to ensure that they are working as expected.

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience working with large enterprise companies, understanding and implementing integrations using Mulesoft or other middleware platforms.
• Experience with hands-on architecting and implementing solutions with multiple HRIS/HCM systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and uncover root causes.
• Curious, self-directed attitude with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to juggle priorities in order to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Adaptable and responsive to change.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies, with aspects widely used across the technology industry.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment independently/remotely.
• Ability to establish, maintain, and adhere to Symphony Talent technical standards, policies and procedures.

Desired Criteria:

• Experience working with ticketing systems such as FreshDesk, ZenDesk and/or Jira Service desk is a plus.
• Experience working in a SaaS B2B client support role is a plus.
• Experience working with Enterprise level software clients.
• Experience working with Assessment, CRM, and ATS processes is a plus.
• Experience working with XML, JSON and XSLT is a plus.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL.
• Proficiency in standard operating systems such as Windows 10 or newer, and Mac OS
• Familiarity with office applications such as G-Suite or Microsoft Office.
