Symphony Floors is Hiring an Experienced Bookkeeper Near Newburgh, NY
Overview:
Experienced bookkeeper (3-4 Days per week) wanted for contractor located in Newburgh, NY. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and familiar with AIA Payment applications. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Position looking to be filled ASAP. If interested please email resume.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records using double-entry bookkeeping
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance
- Conduct clerical tasks such as filing and organizing financial documents
- Processing Payroll
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
