Our Allstate Agency is a small business in the Greenbelt, College Park, Beltsville, MD area. We have been in the community for over 7 years and we are growing... and hiring.

Salary - $18 an hour plus commission

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish and existing Insurance Producer or P&C license is a must
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficient in using technology tools for sales presentations and client management
- Prior Allstate experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand client base
- Market insurance products and services to individuals and businesses
- Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of various insurance policies
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
- Analyze clients' current insurance coverage and make recommendations for additional or updated policies
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance policies

Pay: $37,440.00 - $72,100.00 per year
