The Solution Architect/Analyst includes translating technical business needs into practical IS&T solutions, establishing implementation rules, and considering external factors affecting development and delivery. The team covers solution design types such as business, information, security, application, and system architecture.
Responsibilities:

• Define business solutions to meet client needs.

• Facilitate work sessions to understand, document, and prioritize client's business processes.

• Identify stakeholders, analyze impacts, measure benefits, and identify risks.

• Estimate effort scope for requests.

• Create functional designs and liaise between users and development teams.

• Ensure proposed IT solutions align with business needs and quality assurance criteria.

• Facilitate end-to-end design, both conceptual and detailed.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes/solutions.

• Provide top-tier client service.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in analytical, financial, or technical field.

• 5 years of business analysis experience.

• Ability to deliver solutions across different technologies and platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience leading workshops with clear outcomes.

• Desired skills include understanding of Information Technology, Software development principles, Design patterns, Data modeling, Systems integrations, and System migrations.
