The Solution Architect/Analyst includes translating technical business needs into practical IS&T solutions, establishing implementation rules, and considering external factors affecting development and delivery. The team covers solution design types such as business, information, security, application, and system architecture.
Responsibilities:
Define business solutions to meet client needs.
Facilitate work sessions to understand, document, and prioritize client's business processes.
Identify stakeholders, analyze impacts, measure benefits, and identify risks.
Estimate effort scope for requests.
Create functional designs and liaise between users and development teams.
Ensure proposed IT solutions align with business needs and quality assurance criteria.
Facilitate end-to-end design, both conceptual and detailed.
Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes/solutions.
Provide top-tier client service.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work as a team player, ready to commit long hours if necessary.
Demonstrate strong solution experience.
Develop and manage roadmaps.
Deliver solutions across various technologies and platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders, Project Managers, and Technical Services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in analytical, financial, or technical field.
5 years of business analysis experience.
Ability to deliver solutions across different technologies and platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience leading workshops with clear outcomes.
Desired skills include understanding of Information Technology, Software development principles, Design patterns, Data modeling, Systems integrations, and System migrations.
