Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst IV for a new IT system development project for industrial property tax. This role involves ensuring high-quality software delivery through detailed test planning, execution, and automation. The project uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Agile methodology.
Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering and create comprehensive test plans.

• Develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.

• Identify, document, and track bugs.

• Perform thorough regression testing and prepare test summary reports.

• Work with BAs and developers to understand functional and technical designs.

• Create and execute system, end-to-end, and user acceptance test cases.

• Ensure the test environments are set up correctly and execute smoke tests.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in software development and quality assurance.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Proficiency in test automation and Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Prior experience in tax applications.
