Sycamore Creek Ranch Memory Care is Hiring an Executive Director Near Spring, TX

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our memory care community. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including strategic planning and process improvement. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes
- Provide senior leadership and guidance to staff members
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with resident's families
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in assisted living / memory care director.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
- Demonstrated success in business development and strategic planning
- Excellent operations management skills with a focus on process improvement
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate others
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience.
