The Membership Liaison is the ambassador of the Shooters World brand to our members and potential members and must be a highly driven individual with remarkable interpersonal skills. Responsible for driving and maintaining the membership facet of the Shooters World brand, the Membership Liaison must always ensure that Shooters World is constantly and consistently engaging our members, both current and future.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver the World’s Greatest Firearm Experience
• Maintain membership records; process new member applications, membership renewals and member resignations
• Oversee the paperwork, payments and customer questions that apply to store memberships
• Promote Shooters World to prospective members and encourage current members to upgrade membership level
• Manage communication with members, respond to membership questions and carry out member surveys
• Work with the Event Coordinator to plan and execute all Member Appreciation events
• Drive member retention through ongoing contact

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in related field preferred
• Remarkable interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 years of prior membership development experience
• Customer service orientation
• Adheres to established policies and procedures
• Functional proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Be an individual who is driven, confident and flexible
• Must pass drug test, background check and any pre-employment tests if applicable
