Job descriptionThe Point by Switchpoint is hiring a full-timePrep Cook/Line Cookfor their kitchen.Organization:Friends of Switchpoint is a non-profit organization that has been servingindividuals,families, and veterans in Utah who experience homelessness and poverty since 2014.Switchpoint’s mission of empowering individuals by addressing the underlying cause ofpoverty and providing each client with an individualized, comprehensive plan thatsupports them on their journey to self-sufficiency and the opportunity to contribute to thecommunity. Our motto: It Takes All of Us to end homelessness.We are on the hunt for an experiencedline/prep cookto join our talented team andhelp prepare meals. In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-qualitymeals that meet the chef’s exact specifications.You will be responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, andmaintaining sanitation standards. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate willpossess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
