Job Summary:
The Call Center Representative is responsible for managing pre-appointments, ensuring high appointment confirmation rates, and updating scheduling software. This role involves sending text messages, making outbound phone calls, and tracking patient responses. The ideal candidate can work independently, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable without direct supervision.
