The role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Specialist to join our growing world-class team. As a crucial member of our Operations, you will excel at task management, exhibiting a proactive work ethic and a relentless drive to achieve results and contribute to business improvement. This role supports the operational steps that support our growing eCommerce business and helps us turn clicks into commerce . Our operations team is the glue that holds our organization together and the efficiency, accuracy, and energy they bring is what drives our 3,500 five star reviews.

As an Operations Specialist at SwissWatchExpo, your role includes:

• Managing online and in-store inventory, including the SwissWatchExpo website and other online marketplaces
• Fulfilling orders placed by clients all over the world
• Working side by side with sales specialists to support delivery of a world class customer service experience
• Inventory receiving
• Packaging orders and communicating with customers
• Supporting process of merchandise sales and returns
• Working ad hoc on areas that need help – we are a lean fast moving team

Additionally, you will master knowledge of watch brands and products and support the creation of processes and workflows that improve our operations. The team will provide the ability to grow your skills in many areas of eCommerce.

Key requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Ability to commute or relocate - Atlanta, GA 30305
• Ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy, self-starter
• Focus on quality, detail oriented

• Computer proficiency

Hours:

• 9:00am - 6:30PM 5 days a week (with lunch break)
• Operations open Monday-Saturday
• Two Saturdays per month are required as part of schedule and weekdays off will substituted during those weeks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary is based on experience.

Salary: From $50-75K per year Bonus
