Swiss American CDMO operates a 134,200 sq. ft. HQ facility for development and manufacturing and a separate 131,070 sq. ft. facility dedicated to warehousing and distribution. The two facilities, just a half mile away from one another are located in the Dallas Metroplex (10 minutes from DFW airport).

Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the organization by ensuring that the administration of the company’s recruiting strategy is consistently executed with a high level of accountability. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work hands-on with leaders and employees in a flexible, dynamic manner that fosters a positive work environment and strengthens organizational effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manages and maintains the Full Cycle Talent Acquisition activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all open positions in our high-volume, manufacturing environment, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintains a robust talent community by utilizing a variety of sourcing methods and tools, including, but not limited to, job boards, job fairs, social media, and ATS, to recruit active and passive candidates for available positions as well as enhance our employer brand.
  • Creates and maintains relationships with candidates, universities/colleges, and vendors through social media, networking, hiring events, and community organization partnerships to grow the talent pipeline.
  • Supports the collaboration with internal hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop/revise job descriptions.
  • Supports company relationships with external staffing partners, as needed.
  • Collaborates with other members of the HR Department and organization in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Assists with facilitating New Hire Orientation and Onboarding sessions on a rotating schedule.
  • Supports the new hire lifecycle in partnership with the HR Department.
  • Promotes and manages candidate referral program.
  • Maintains reports, manages spreadsheets, and assists with staffing related organizational charts/data.
  • Responds effectively to employment inquiries and provides exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Assists with identifying and maintaining compliance of hiring practices and general human resources functions.
  • Assists with Human Resources Department projects as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
  • Other duties and projects may be assigned.

Qualifications


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, or related role.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with social media recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
