What does a Production Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?Run automated manufacturing equipment to produce a variety of beverages in the production facility. Responsible for basic maintenance of the equipment/machines operated. Shift Details:4:00am - 4:30pm (12 hr shift, rotating 3/2, 2/3)Responsibilities:Operate and monitor less complex equipment and machines under general supervision; replenish materials as needed throughout the production shiftSet up machinery and ensure all production materials are available and readyVisually inspect production run and document resultsProvide basic maintenance of equipment, to include cleaning, inspection of equipment, and lubricationMaintain cleanliness of the work area; maintain organized workspacePerform quality review of equipment to maintain safety and performance standardsSupport Continuous Improvement by participating in root cause / corrective action analyses when equipment is not performing at optimal levelFollow established safety, quality and environmental policies, practices, and programsPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:High School Diploma (or GED) requiredKnowledge of manufacturing, production operations, and industrial technology preferredAbility to work weekends and holidays as directed by the businessAbility to lift 50 pounds frequentlyAbility to bend, stoop, and kneel frequentlyAbility to ascend and descend sets of stairs – both metal grate and concrete – on a frequent basis
