Position Overview:
As a Merchant Account Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by canvassing for prospects and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs. This is an outside sales position that emphasizes relationship building and a consultative sales approach. With a competitive base salary, lucrative commissions, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, this is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals looking to make a significant impact while earning substantial rewards.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through canvassing and networking efforts.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with merchants to present our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Identify prospects' pain points and offer appropriate solutions to address their needs.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospects and customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and expectations set by management.
- Collaborate with management to leverage product knowledge and industry expertise.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchant services sales.
- Proven track record of success in B2B and outside sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.
- Clean and professional appearance.

- Competitive base salary of $50,000 annually, with earning potential ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 in the first year.
