Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and experienced DME Intake Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls from patients seeking to place orders or make changes to their profiles.
• Manage calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize upselling techniques to recommend additional products based on patients' needs.
• Be proficient in handling multiple screens and navigating various software platforms simultaneously.
• Conduct follow-up calls before shipments to confirm orders and address any changes or concerns.

Requirements :

• Prior experience in DME intake or related field is a must.
• Knowledge and familiarity with catheters and ostomy products preferred.
• Tech-savvy individual capable of navigating various software platforms efficiently.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service representative (CSR) role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Must be able to report to the main office in Coral Springs, FL, on a quarterly basis.
• Potential for permanent position for the right candidate.
