The role:
As a Barback, you will be responsible for assisting the bartenders as needed throughout the shift, including interacting with guests, bar setup, prep and stocking, and maintaining overall cleanliness and efficiency of the bar and surrounding areas to ensure guest happiness.
Our perfect candidate has:

• Minimum 6 months' experience as barback or busser in a busy environment
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
