As a Regional Team Sales Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage and grow our team business in the ND, SD, NE, MN, WI, IA, MO, KS, MO, AR, OK territory. This is a 100% remote role with occasional travel to events, meetings, and facilities within and outside your designated territory. Candidates must reside in Minnesota or Wisconsin.

What You Will Do

  • Grow client base: Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and on-site visits to build strong relationships and drive sales.

  • Service existing teams: Provide exceptional customer service to our existing team accounts in your territory, addressing any issues and offering solutions to exceed their expectations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with colleagues from the Team Division, vendors, and other related departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere: Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and contributes to the overall success of the team.

  • Prioritize and travel: Manage your time effectively to maintain reasonable business hours and be able to routinely travel within your sales territory.

  • Additional responsibilities: Take on other assigned duties and projects as needed, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience: You have a background as an athlete, coach, or vendor in aquatic sports, preferably competitive swimming.

  • B2B sales experience: You hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.

  • CRM proficiency: You are familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM software to effectively manage and track sales activities.

  • Tech-savvy: You are comfortable working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent communication skills: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Valid driver's license: You have a valid driver's license and can travel locally, with occasional national and international travel.

$35,000—$90,000 USD
