```Responsibilities``` - Assess and triage patients upon arrival, quickly identifying their medical needs - Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians - Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans - Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families - Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in medical records - Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment - Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions of care ```Skills``` - Experience in caring for patients of all ages, including children and seniors
