Established 55-year-old equipment and services company is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager for the Integrated Solutions division at our corporate office. We are looking for a committed individual that has excellent attention to detail skills to become a full-time member of our team.
Daily Responsibilities:
· Inventory Management (coordination, controls, counts) with Operations Manager.
· Communicate with division employees regarding issues or status of parts.
· Be flexible to support changing departmental priorities and needs.
· Conduct physical inventory of warehouse as needed.
· Maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
· Receiving duties:
o Check in all incoming shipments when they are received.
o Inspect product and reconcile supplier packing slips with Purchase Order (PO).
o Place equipment in proper warehouse location(s) or staging area.
o Reporting and tracking.
· Shipping duties:
o Work with Operations Manager to coordinate outgoing shipments and job scheduling.
o Package all shipments according per standard procedures and order requirements.
o Schedule shipments, create shipping labels, and export documentation as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
· 3 years of warehouse & logistics experience is preferred.
· Familiarity with shipping regulations and preparing export documentation.
· Ability to use a fork-lift.
· Ability to use hand and power tools.
· Some technical background is a plus.
· Ability to lift 70lbs. occasionally.
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
Skills:
· Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
· Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills are required.
· Ability to identify problems and find effective solutions is required.
· Strong communication skills.
· Detail oriented and self-starter preferred.
· Ability to provide excellent customer service to our customers/vendors/employees.
· Must be able to work effectively in a high stress work environment while having the ability to work as a
team member.
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Some nights and weekends may apply.
