Established 55-year-old electrical equipment and services company is seeking a full-time self-motivated Senior Electrician to handle work in the telecommunications, electric utility, and data center markets. As Senior Electrician, you will be responsible for installation and maintenance of a variety of equipment, such as; Generators, HVAC, DC Power Plants, Batteries, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, and others. Along with installation of equipment, the position requires a Master Electrician’s license and the ability to pull permits. This position reports to the General Manager and will be assigned to work on projects for varying lengths of time in different states. Overnight travel is required.

· Perform and lead installations of a variety of AC and DC powered equipment with limited supervision.

· Perform battery testing and preventative maintenance with limited supervision.

· Perform site surveys as well as quality control field technician’s activities.

· Develop MOPs for work at customers sites.

· Pull electrical permits in several states where company holds licenses.

· Excellent computer skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to lift 70 pounds

· Climb stairs/ladder

· Valid driver’s license and good driving record

· Ability to travel frequently throughout the US for extended periods of time

· Willing to work day, night, emergency call out, weekends, or holidays as requested.
