Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist at Swift Home Loans. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and updating information into the company's system. You'll be our data entry hero, keeping our systems filled with accurate info.Think of it as a behind-the-scenes role, but crucial for keeping things running.

This includes entering financial data. The Data Entry Specialist will also provide administrative assistance as needed and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

This position will be responsible for:

● Manual entry of AP invoices into accounting system
● Scanning of Invoices and coding them to the vendor/job
● Managing invoices
● Input credit card reconciliation into accounting system
● Knowledge of accounts payable is preferred, but not required

This position is 100% in office

Qualifications
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficient typing and computer literacy skills
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
● Customer service-oriented mindset
● Prior experience in data entry or administrative assistance is preferred
● High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
