Job Description Salary : Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a

full-time Construction Equipment Sales Consultant.

Team Swiderski Sales Consultants are focused on building positive, long-term business relationships with customers by providing successful business solutions to our customers.

This position not only serves as a knowledgeable resource for equipment related questions, but also partners with customers to find ways to be more efficient and profitable in their own operations.

What You’ll Do : Promote and sell products and services offered through Swiderski EquipmentProvide solutions for equipment needs and business problems for SEI customersAnswer questions, prepare quotes, follow-up on leads, and provide information to customers and prospectsDemonstrate equipment for customers in a knowledgeable mannerMaintain a safe, clean, neat and orderly work environment

What It Takes : Exceptional customer service and excellent communication skillsHighly self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong initiativeAbility to work well within a team and function successfully in a fast-paced environmentThorough knowledge of equipmentHave and maintain a clean driving recordAbility to work extended hours during the week and on weekends

Prior experience working in sales and an understanding of the agriculture and construction industry and equipment is highly desired.

Pay commensurate with experience.
