Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Bobcat Sales Consultant.   Team Swiderski Sales Consultants are focused on building positive, long-term business relationships with customers by providing successful business solutions to our customers. This position not only serves as a knowledgeable resource for equipment related questions, but also partners with customers to find ways to be more efficient and profitable in their own operations. What You’ll Do:

• Promote and sell products and services offered through Swiderski Equipment

• Provide solutions for equipment needs and business problems for SEI customers
• Answer questions, prepare quotes, follow-up on leads, and provide information to customers and prospects
• Demonstrate equipment for customers in a knowledgeable manner
• Proactively expand product and business knowledge by studying and staying current on relevant industry and product information.
• Remain up-to-date on product offerings, manufacturer sales programs, financing options and incentive offers.
• Thoroughly understand market trends and values, while completing trade-in evaluations in a fair manner

* Prior experience working in sales and an understanding of the agriculture and construction industry and equipment is highly desired. Pay commensurate with experience.
