How You Will Make an Impact

As a Contract/Billing Clerk, you will work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects and must have excellent communication, administrative, organizational, and computer skills. You will be part of our accounting team providing centralized support to our family of dealerships.

What Winning Looks Like: 

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
• Process New and Used vehicle contracts timely and accurately.
• Process Dealer Trades, Pay off Flooring and Electronic Funding Transactions (EFT's)
• Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
• Verifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle sale.
• Submits for Manufacture rebates and maintain a heat sheet.
• Process submittals and cancelations for aftermarket products.
• Review and reconcile accounting schedules.
• Verify Sales commissions.
• Performs other duties as assigned. 

Skills Needed to Win: 

• Prior automotive experience required
• 2 years of Automotive Contract Clerk Experience Preferred
• Excellent communication, customer service, problem solving skills, and the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a face paced environment.
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• Must possess good organization skills.
• Must have good work ethics including maintaining a neat work area.
• Excellent follow-through skills.
