SWFL Dental Group is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Fort Myers, FL

SWFL Dental is looking to expand their administrative team and add an Experienced Dental Receptionist. If you would like to join a reputable company who takes pride in their clients and staff, we want to consider you!

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be detail oriented
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Multi-task on a daily basis
  • Help to calm any and all frustrated customers
  • Handle a multi-line phone system while supporting other tasks
  • Be extremely dedicated to customer service and support

The person I really want to meet will:

  • Be adaptable in situations when different tactics are needed for optimum results
  • Have basic math skill and exposure to 10 key calculator skills
  • Truly embrace the needs of a team environment for optimum company success
  • Have extensive office and scheduling experience
  • Have experience in SoftDent, Dexis, and other related dental programs

Essential Capabilities:

  • Answer the multi-line phone and greet customers arriving to the organization in person professionally and courteously, ensuring all customers are redirected or supported according to their individual needs.
  • Contact and schedule customers to schedule routine maintenance visits.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties as needed to support the operations of the organization.
  • Cross train in each role within the office to support all needs of the company.
  • Accurately input all necessary items into the system to include payments and expenditures.
  • Work directly with customers in a courteous and professional way with regard to all items needed within the office and those departments supported by the team as well as stepping in when customer contact is needed to support optimum customer care.
  • Work independently toward accomplishment of all assigned business tasks.
  • Complete support functions in relation to outside sales force, service team, and leadership.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused relationship with members of all departments within the organization.

The client is an EOE and offers an extensive benefit package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
