Position Summary : The Treatment Program Coordinator position exists to provide professional program management for the treatment program.

Program Description : The Treatment Court of Sweetwater County Supervised Treatment Program offers a court-supervised, alternative sentencing program to offenders who meet program requirements.

• The Court Supervised Treatment Program requires the offender(1) to attend regular court status hearings before the Judge;
• 2) provides a 12 / 18-month structured treatment program; (3) uses intensive supervision and case management to guide defendant progress through the program;

Specific Duties :

• Must be able to facilitate and operate in a multidisciplinary team and / or group.
• Must be able to create and manage a yearly budget.
• Must provide supervision to staff member(s) of various disciplines.
• Must know grant-opportunity resources.
• Must have the ability to write and apply for grants.
• Must be able to act as a mediator between incentive / sanction options for clientele.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain good working relationships with other local agencies.
• Must manage the daily operations of the Treatment Court of Sweetwater County.
