Sequoia Vista at Kaweah Manor is a Skilled Nursing Facility in Visalia, California, in the heart of the Central San Joaquin Valley. We are looking for a dynamic nurse and educator to join our leadership team in order to build on and improve our outstanding group of Licensed Nurses and CNAs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current LVN license required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • DSD Certification Required
  • Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required

    Our Director of Staff Development (DSD), will provide the our team with leadership and educational opportunities in order to succeed and become an effective member of our team. Our DSD will help staff grow, gain the confidence and knowledge in order to perform their job duties efficiently and effectively, while always putting our residents first! The Director of Staff Development will plan, implement, direct and evaluate the educational programs, in-services and orientation of all personnel in the facility including County, State and Federal laws and regulations.
