We have an excellent opportunity for a Director of Nursing to join our team in our skilled nursing facility in Montana.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Director of Nursing is responsible for leading the skilled nursing team to ensure high standards of quality and delivering excellent care to patients through managing the scheduling process, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, holding the nursing department accountable to a high level of care, and identifying and correcting short comings in the nursing department. The Director of Nursing is responsible for enforcing new policies and updating existing policies to help improve the level of care for each patient. Implement quality improvement programs designed to help us deliver the highest possible level of care. The Director of Nursing maintains relationships with healthcare providers and hospitals in the local community. The Director of Nursing will be supported by corporate clinical teams, human resources, and an outstanding Administrator to establish us as a premier provider of healthcare services.

Qualifications Include:

• Current and unencumbered state RN license or from a compact state.

• At least 3 years of recent nursing experience.

• At least 1 year of recent nurse management experience. Skilled nursing experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with PointClickCare preferred but not required.

• Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance

• Strong team building skills

• Resource management

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
