ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for the right person who is serious about a career in Account Management.

If that’s you, here’s what you can expect in the role of Jr. Account / Project Manager at Sweet Spot:

• Gain an understanding of the Client’s business and competitive environment
• Collaboration with clients on existing projects and initiation of new projects daily
• Own your projects- meaning you are the one person responsible for making sure the content is correct, on strategy, on budget and on deadline
• Maintain project status reports, meeting with clients regularly and clearly communicating action items and timing
• Develop respect and trust of team members in the Agency and at the Client
• Positive response to constructive feedback

REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of advertising, marketing or other related experience
• Knowledge of tv commercial, print, web & digital production
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of the importance of working to a professional standard
• Understanding of automotive or related industries a real plus
• Positive enthusiasm and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc)
