Sweet Sparkman Architects is Hiring a Project Designer (Architecture) Near Sarasota, FL
- Code and zoning research
- Schematic design studies
- Design development and construction drawing completion
- Materials and precedent research
- Model studies – digital and physical
- Assistance with design proposals and marketing graphics
- Project consultant correspondence
- Construction administration management
- Attend project and owner meetings as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Revit, Bluebeam, MS Office
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software (Lumion, Enscape, Sketchup, Rhino) and Adobe Suite a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management
