Shift: Thursday - Saturday 4am - 4:30pm, plus 8hr shift every other Wednesday

Wage Range: $32/hr - $44/hr

At Sweet Candy while we have been in business for over 100 years we are future focused and have some of the most advanced confectionery machines in the world. We also have some machines that have been producing candy for over half a century. Our technical team is looking for a highly motivated, experienced production maintenance technician who is driven to improve machine reliability and maintenance practices. This position will be focused on maintaining the processing equipment in our operation including mixers, pumps, depositors, kitchens, steam cooking, bag houses, piping systems, load cells, sensors, robotic pick and place.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• ALWAYS work safely, follow all safety protocols, so all our people go home in the same condition in which they arrived

• Work in compliance with all GMP, Food Safety and Sanitation standards

• Must collaborative well in a multi-cultural, team-oriented environment

• Strong background in troubleshooting factory automation systems

• 3 years of experience in troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment . Including knowledge of electrical control circuits, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, pneumatics, pumps, motors, gearboxes, converyors, valves and piping systems.

• Communicate effectively and frequently to all stakeholders including; production operators, management, quality, sanitation, human resources, peers and team members
