POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of household activities, errands, personal care, maintenance and transportation services for clients according to Agency guidelines and directions. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as, Health System initiatives.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Completion of agency approved education program required.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Current State driver’s license and proof of current auto liability insurance. Must have a driving record that allows for the Health System insurance carrier to cover the incumbent.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to understand oral and written instructions. Ability to effectively and respectfully interact with all levels of staff and the public within the organization and community. Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools required.
