Social Worker LCSW - .8 FTE(32 hours a week) Days 8:30AM-5:00PM - Swedish Ballard Campus

The Ballard Teen Health Center Counselor LCSW is responsible for providing case coordination and a full range of social work services including psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, utilization management, therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention, referral and resource, within a high school setting. The primary focus is on adolescents in a high school setting.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited school.

• Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire.

• Excellent clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education in working in a school environment.

• Education working with families.

• 1 year Social work/counseling with the adolescent population.

• Experience in working in a school environment.

• Experience working with families.

• Utilization management experience.
