Job Description

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is seeking a litigation Associate with 3 years of litigation experience to join our St. Louis, MO office. The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including drafting motions, written discovery, depositions, and participating in court proceedings. Litigation experience in product liability litigation is a required. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and capable presentation skills. Candidates should have the ability to maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base and pursue new opportunities in expanding practice areas. Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP, a nationally recognized litigation firm with six offices and more than 140 attorneys, is dedicated to resolving contested matters for our clients.
