Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Duties: - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals - Identify new business opportunities and target markets - Build and maintain relationships with key clients - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches - Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer service-oriented mindset - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions We offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
