CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (For all Concierge Engagement Teams):

. Answers inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner

· Demonstrate a high level of customer service care

· Maintains a pleasant and helpful attitude

· Answers patients calls with a warm and welcoming greeting

· Engages with patient by creating an atmosphere that is pleasant and helpful throughout patient interaction

· Obtains the ability to schedule all clinical appointment types

· Knowledgeable of each CEE teams roles and responsibilities

· Stays current with company, department and clinic updates and changes

· Serves as a role model to other team members

· Provides an outstanding patient experience through active listening, critical thinking and problem solving

· Manages the moment by seeking resolution to any patient inquiry or concern without needing additional resources or escalation: “One call, problem solved”

· Closes each call with a lasting impression

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Actively works digital leads through outbound call efforts

· Processes inbound faxes

· Maintains a working knowledge of:

o Services offered

o Providers

o General location information

o Pricing

o Insurance related matters

· Prepares patients for their upcoming appointment by setting expectations

· Accurately answers patient’s questions and overcomes objections

· Enters and verifies that patient demographic and insurance information is complete and accurate

· Completes post call data entry and patient follow up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
