SALARY RANGE - This position pays Minimum Wage $16.00/hour, plus tips. The Bell person is responsible for assisting with the check-in/check-out processes and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.

Essential Functions

• Must adhere to the company’s Service culture – 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
• Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort.
• Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Participate in all resorts required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Silverado Resort Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the resort.
• Must have thorough knowledge of the resorts, its’ features, and benefits.
• Load and unload luggage carts.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag.
• Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with resort services and amenities (hours of outlets, pool, and exercise room, etc.). Provide a brief tour of the guest room highlighting the main features and benefits.
• Check/store luggage for arrivals and departures with luggage tags.
• Deliver messages to meeting rooms.
• Deliver flowers, laundry, and packages to guestrooms.
• Assist with room changes.
• Maintain current listing of local and area attractions, special events and activities.
• Maintain list of local transportation guides, churches, sports arenas, etc.
• Assist Houseperson with guest requests.
• Provide information, maps and directions as required.
• Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
