Suvoda is seeking a Project Manager to join our Product Team! This individual will be someone that has a background in developing project plan scopes, has experience working with stakeholders, and holds a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies. Responsibilities:

• Develop project plan with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources
• Track project progress and report project status to all stakeholders
• Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources.
• Facilitating agile ceremonies, including PI planning, daily stand-up, sprint retrospectives, backlog grooming, sprint planning and other meetings as needed.
• Work closely with development and QA managers to coordinate task schedule and resource allocation, resolve conflicts, and maintain full visibility of multiple projects
• Anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review.
• Identify and mitigate any potential issue that may impact the deliverables of software releases
• Work with development and QA managers to streamline and refine practices
• Provide leadership and coaching regarding Scrum/PM practices, internal process, collaboration tools, etc.
• Continuously upskill and stay updated with the product functionality and technology basics
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with project management concepts, principles, and practices
• Solid understanding of SDLC and scaled agile using industry standard methodologies
• Ability to manage projects of medium scope and complexity
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability of influencing without authority
• Ability to work with a globally distributed and diverse teams.
• Experience with Project Management tools like Jira, Confluence, Power-BI, Microsoft Office, etc.

Experience:

• 3 years of professional experience in managing software development projects
