Responsibilities:

• TurboCad/RoofCad Drawings & details
• Generate project Submittal Packages
• Price and track Change Orders
• Review new drawings for cost impact
• Request material samples and provide to clients
• Order full size prints of plans for the field team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction management).
• One year of construction administration experience.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet or efficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs and cad drafting software.
• At least one - two years of previous experience in related position
• Proficient on Microsoft computer skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
