Sutoer Solutions has a full-time opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer - .NET - C# for our client in Chicago, IL. This position is fully on-site 40 hours including some Saturdays.

Education/Training: A Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math); Software design and architecture training.

Skills:

• Experience with the following:
• Desktop development using the .Net Framework, VB.Net, C#, .Net Core, MAUI
• Web and mobile development using the .Net Framework, ASP.Net, Web Services (Web API), JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Blazor
• Microsoft SQL Server database design with experience in query optimization
• Excellent knowledge of object-orientated programming and model-driven development
• Familiarity working in a continuous integration and deployment environment

Experience: 5 years of experience designing and building scalable and performing data-driven software applications

Duties:

• Participate in the Agile software development from concept, design to full-stack coding and testing
• Develop and maintain UI applications (desktop, web & mobile)
• Develop end-to-end solutions including the UI, web APIs, back end server processes and SQL database
• Optimize code for quality, performance, scalability, efficiencies and security; through testing, code scanning, refactoring and monitoring
• Participate in the design and architecture of the application development lifecycle
• Practice Scrum/Kanban and adapt to Scrum values
• Collaborate with product owners to define/refine requirements, break down into development tasks, estimate effort, and plan milestones & deliverables
• Willingness to invest time in continued education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be flexible with work hours and days
• Proficient at Microsoft Office software including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Work effectively & independently in a dynamic team environment

In addition, we’ve created in-house mobility tablet software as well as Apple iOS mobility applications.
