Sustainable Management is Hiring a Property Manager Near Joplin, MO
Sustainable Management, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated, detail orientated individual to fill the Community Manager position in Joplin area.
Sustainable Management, Inc. offers competitive pay and great benefits, including health insurance, paid time off and SIMPLE IRA.
The position is full-time (up to 40 hours per week). Staff will be required to be on-call nights and weekends for emergencies only.
Qualified applicants should be self-starters with great people and time-management skills. Experience in management is preferred. Experience with Yardi management software is a plus.
Applicants must have a clear criminal background to qualify for employment. A clean driving record and your own transportation is required.
Compensation will be based on relevant experience.
