Susquehanna Oral Facial Surgery & Dental Implant Center is Hiring a Patient Care Coordinator Near Williamsport, PA
Susquehanna Oral and Facial Surgery and Dental Implant Center is seeking a front desk patient care coordinator to join our practice. Our goal is to provide patients with the highest level of treatment available. We are very focused on helping and training employees to grow both personally and professionally. As a patient care coordinator, you will be the first point of contact at our office.
Candidate must be able to multi-task, have great attention to detail, strong customer-service skills, and a positive attitude to represent our practice.
Knowledge of medical and dental insurances is a plus, but not required. We will consider candidates who have worked in the service/customer service industry. As a specialty practice, we work directly with referring dentists. As such, it is important to assist in maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with all referring providers.
