The Role
The Restaurant Manager assists in coordinating all Front of House operations. This position supervises daily restaurant operations, maintains sanitation standards, and assists the Front of House staff on the floor providing exemplary hospitality. The position assists the General Manager making sure guest’s and employee’s satisfaction is achieved while maintaining the operating budget. Will be involved in training the Front of House staff to reflect SUSHISAMBA’s excellence of service.

The Requirements
As a Restaurant Manager we would love you to have:
- Some College required in related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least 2 years of Beverage experience in a related field, preferably in 4/5 hotels or restaurants
- Has been successful salesperson in a fast pace service environments
- Understanding of Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Bar/Lounge department procedures
- Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements and food handling safety standards
- Knowledge of Latin and Asian cuisine a plus
