We are a family-owned Japanese Sushi Restaurant serving the Arlington community for 25 years. We are seeking experienced servers (1 years experience in a fast paced dine-in restaurant). Server must be a good communicator, reliable, friendly, organized and has a pleasing personality. Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, stay calm under pressure, and work well in a team.

We are looking for part-time servers who can work dinner shifts (4:00-8:30pm) on Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Base wage & shared tips - average $28 to $35 /hour.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling phone and online orders, entering orders into POS, packing up to-go orders, dine-in service, take payments, cleaning and side work tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous server experience (min. one years) in a fast-paced restaurant environment that includes dine-in, carry-out, and online ordering.
• Experience with POS, technology, and online carry-out/phone ordering
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, positive attitude
• Must be able to speak English
• Punctual, organized, reliable, and flexible
• Physical requirements: continual standing/walking; ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs.
