Position Title: Part time Bartender
Department: Food and Beverage Reports to: F&B Supervisor
POSITION PURPOSE
Part time Bartenders ensure that members have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Bartenders work in the front of the business taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware in a timely manner. They are responsible for all aspects of bar service, including responsible alcohol service and cleanliness of the environment.
Essential Functions
- · Serve alcohol responsibly
- · Knowledge of types of beer, wines, and liquors
- · Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes
- · Ring food and drink orders into computer
- · Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation of bar, glassware, and serve ware
- · Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO)
- · Provide good customer service
Qualifications and Standards
- Must be 21 years or older
- Education: At least High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience required.
- Physical Demands:
- · Ability to stand for long periods of time
- · Lift 20lbs
General availability:
- Monday-Saturday 10am-11pm
- Sunday 7am-11pm
This job is a civilian position and does not require military service (including commission and enlistment)
