Sushi Chef Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare mise en place according to Sushi Palace standards
• Use excellent knife skills to execute all dishes
• Manage food storage all fruit, vegetables, and proteins according to Department of Public Health standards
• Monitor inventory
• Handle restocking of all food and non-food items
• Ensure adherence to highest quality food preparation and hygiene standards

Sushi Chef Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of culinary experience
• Certification from American Culinary Federation desired
• In-depth knowledge of food safety requirements for restaurants
• Able to stand for extended hours
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
