Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders and phone orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. Schedule:

- 2 to 3 days a week (or more) as covers may be needed.

- Tuesday - Saturday (4:00 pm - 9:00 pm)

Pay:

- Base Pay: $16/hour

- Tips: Tips are split and given as cash at the end of the shift. Tips can reach up to $100( ) a night, making the pay up to $36( )/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
