Job Summary

Our hosts greet new Customers, provide an estimated wait time during high volume, seat Customers in a friendly manner and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Manaing and processing the online order such as Doordash, Grubhub and Ubereats.

Key Responsibilities:

Accommodate any special needs or requests of guests (i.e., disabilities, etc.)
Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single Guest feel welcome upon arrival
Receive incoming phone calls with a professional, knowledgeable and friendly approach
Engage in friendly conversation as you seat customers in a timely fashion
Ensure that every Customer has a menu, tableware, and any other vital pieces of information.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
Assist in a clearing, cleaning, and preparing tables for incoming Guests as necessary
Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set Customer expectations
Sincerely thank Guests as they leave and invite them to return

Taking care of the online order with delivery platform such as Doordash, Grubhub and Ubereats.

Personal Requirements:

Must have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude
Must be able to assist guests and possess excellent guest relations skills
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods
Maintains personal solid image and uniform standards
