Surpass Incorporated is proud to be working with some of the nation’s leading telecommunications providers. We specialize in direct to consumer marketing, sales and customer service. Through our partnership with our clients, we have been able to assist in the growth and expansion of telecommunications all over the Delaware area.
With the close of Q1 coming up quickly, we have set our intentions high in order to close out the year strong and set ourselves up with some good momentum going into the rest of this year. That is why we are currently looking to expand our Sales team by adding a Telecommunications Sales Representative. Our newest team member will receive hands-on training from experienced members of our Sales Team in order to understand the full scope of the position. Once mastery is displayed, there will be opportunities for further training and advancement.
Telecommunications Sales Representatives Will:
- Work directly with client customers to answer questions, ease concerns, overcome objections, and close sales when necessary
- Follow all client compliance and CDC guidelines when interacting with customers, keeping the safety of all at the forefront of focus
- Master all client product and service knowledge in order to educate customers
- Be trained by experienced members of the Sales Team to be able to master the entry level aspect of the role
- Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to stay up to speed consistently
- Work closely with other Telecommunications Sales Specialists to achieve sales goals
Requirements of Telecommunications Sales Representatives:
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not a requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business or Economics related fields of study is a plus!
- 1-3 years of experience working in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
- A passion for learning and an ability to be coached by senior members of the team
- A drive for success to excel beyond the minimum expectations
- An ability to work both independently and in a team environment
